okbeth Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 By accessing the okbeth platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the okbeth Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules that may be published on the platform from time to time.

2.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the okbeth platform and close your Account if one exists.

2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and okbeth with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use any Services on the okbeth platform. This age restriction is imposed in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines. okbeth strictly enforces this requirement and will close Accounts found to belong to underage individuals, forfeiting any balance therein.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The okbeth platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with their applicable local laws. okbeth makes no representation that the Services are lawful for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

3.3 Single Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the okbeth platform. Creating or operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 Excluded Persons. The following categories of persons are ineligible to hold an okbeth Account:

• Individuals under the age of 21 years;
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the okbeth platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gambling service;
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the okbeth operator engaged in platform operations, game development, or payment processing;
• Persons prohibited by applicable law from participating in online gambling activities.

4.1 To access the full range of okbeth Services, you must register an Account by providing a valid Philippine mobile number and creating a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.2 You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading. okbeth reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided.

4.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal from your okbeth Account, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a passport, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license). okbeth may request additional supporting documentation at its discretion.

4.4 okbeth processes KYC submissions within 24–48 business hours of receipt of complete documentation. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending KYC completion. Submission of fraudulent, forged, or altered identity documents will result in immediate Account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.

4.5 Account Security. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must notify okbeth support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. okbeth will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

5.1 Currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals on the okbeth platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). okbeth does not operate accounts in foreign currencies. USDT and Coins.ph deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.

5.2 Deposit Methods. okbeth accepts deposits via approved payment channels including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments, USDT, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Payment channel availability is subject to change without prior notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification as described in Section 4.3;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money Balance (Bonus Funds are not withdrawable except where expressly stated in applicable bonus terms);
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to deposit bonuses must be fulfilled prior to withdrawal;
• The withdrawal destination must match the payment method used for the original deposit where technically required by the payment processor.

5.4 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified Accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. okbeth reserves the right to conduct additional security or fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

5.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be deemed dormant. okbeth reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee of ₱100 per month from dormant Account balances after providing 30 days' prior written notice. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed without notice.

6.1 okbeth may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered Users from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.

6.3 okbeth reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably believes that a User has obtained a bonus in bad faith, through multiple accounts, or by exploiting a technical error or loophole in the platform.

6.4 Bonuses and promotions are available for personal use only. Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated play, arbitrage between bonus-eligible and non-eligible accounts, or pattern wagering designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements — is prohibited.

7.1 All electronic games available on the okbeth platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested for statistical fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published or available upon request.

7.2 Live dealer games are conducted from professional studios by human dealers in real time. All physical game elements are subject to studio-level surveillance. okbeth does not control the conduct of live dealer operations beyond the scope of its contractual arrangements with the relevant game providers.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during any game round — including server disconnection, display errors, or incomplete game states — the affected round may be voided and any wagers placed in that round refunded to the User's Account. okbeth's determination of the appropriate remedy in any technical dispute is final.

7.4 okbeth's records of game outcomes and transaction logs constitute the definitive record of all game activity. In any dispute between a User and okbeth regarding a game outcome, okbeth's server-side records shall prevail over client-side displays.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the okbeth platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Money Laundering: Using the okbeth platform to launder proceeds of crime or to conduct transactions designed to disguise the origin of funds;
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities;
• Identity Fraud: Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity or payment methods without their authorization;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated click-tools, or any software that interacts with the platform without direct human control;
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating chargeback claims on deposits with payment processors while retaining associated gaming proceeds;
• VPN Circumvention: Using virtual private networks or proxies to access the okbeth platform from jurisdictions where such access is prohibited;
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the okbeth platform infrastructure.

9.1 okbeth is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing gambling-related harm. As part of this commitment, okbeth provides Users with access to the following responsible gaming tools through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps set by the User;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session expiry after a User-defined period of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Users of their session duration and balance changes;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the okbeth platform.

9.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted to okbeth will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. During any self-exclusion period, the User may not access their Account, deposit funds, or receive promotional communications from okbeth. Any outstanding balance at the time of self-exclusion will remain in the Account and be available for withdrawal following the expiry of the exclusion period, subject to KYC verification.

9.3 okbeth reserves the right to impose account restrictions — including deposit limits, session limits, or temporary suspension — on any User where the platform reasonably identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling behavior, irrespective of whether the User has activated self-exclusion tools.

9.4 Players experiencing gambling-related difficulties are encouraged to seek assistance through appropriate support channels and to use the responsible gaming resources accessible via the Responsible Gaming page on this platform.

10.1 All content on the okbeth platform — including but not limited to the okbeth name, logo, design elements, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of okbeth or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okbeth platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the okbeth platform without express written authorization.

10.3 Game titles, artwork, and associated intellectual property displayed within the okbeth game lobby remain the exclusive property of their respective game providers and are subject to those providers' own intellectual property protections.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbeth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

11.2 okbeth does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, telecommunications outages, or third-party provider issues may result in temporary unavailability of Services. okbeth shall not be liable for losses attributable to such unavailability.

11.3 By using the okbeth platform, you acknowledge and accept that online gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited. okbeth does not guarantee any minimum return on wagers placed.

12.1 okbeth reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• The User has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The Account was registered using false or fraudulent information;
• Suspicious activity, potential fraud, or money laundering activity has been detected;
• The User is engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory compliance risk to okbeth;
• A User under the age of 21 has been identified.

12.2 Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, okbeth reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the forfeited balance may be donated to a recognized responsible gambling charity or retained by okbeth in accordance with applicable law.

12.3 A User may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting okbeth support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's registered payment method.

13.1 okbeth collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as it applies to your use of the platform.

13.2 okbeth processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of Services. Personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

13.3 okbeth may share User data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors where required by applicable Philippine law or by the terms of okbeth's operating licences. You acknowledge and consent to such disclosures.

14.1 okbeth reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, okbeth will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via SMS notification or in-platform messaging prior to the effective date of the changes.

14.2 Your continued use of the okbeth platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account.

14.3 Game-specific rules and promotion-specific terms may be updated more frequently and are not subject to the notification obligations in Section 14.1. Users are encouraged to review applicable rules before participating in any game or promotion.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the okbeth platform, you are encouraged to first contact okbeth support to seek an informal resolution. okbeth commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory arbitration bodies within the Republic of the Philippines. Users retain any statutory rights afforded to them under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation that cannot be contractually waived.
